Abstract


With the rapid development of computer technology and the popularization of computer technology, more and more computer applications in business management. Personnel management of the enterprise is an important content of enterprise management, the traditional methods of personnel management is not only cumbersome, complex and inefficient. Internal transfer of personnel, staff training, and professional titles, the traditional personnel management methods to handle these changes are very complex. In this way, the traditional personnel management is difficult to timely reflect the personnel composition, corporate human resources can not be reasonably effective configuration, resulting in a loss to the enterprise. The system is based on an attempt to change this status quo. The ACCESS database using JAVA language development, friendly interface, simple operation, can greatly improve the efficiency of Personnel Management, to reduce the human and financial companies spent on personnel management. The system is available for enterprise management personnel queries to modify personnel file information, release of staff deployment, training, and other information. The corporate new recruits, or internal transfer of personnel, rewards and punishments, and other information, simply update data on the system in a timely manner, the system that is able to reflect the current personnel of the enterprise. The experiments show that the system can basically meet the needs of small businesses and medium-sized enterprises, and effectively improve the enterprise's personnel management efficiency to save corporate management expenses, which have certain economic benefits.
