Abstract

From Tibet, Sichuan and Yunnan, 70 wheat stripe rust strain toxicity determination, and AFLP marker to the genetic diversity of the main results are as follows: 1, 70 strains small kinds of detection were detected in 23 kinds of types, mainly HY-8, CY31, CY32, -2 water, water -5, water -13. Tibet can be divided into 2 types: water pathogenic flora and the CY28 pathogenic type, water-water -5 Tibetan advantage race. In addition, in 09 separate Tibet strains CY28 previous types of small species frequencies up to 32.35%, showing that Tibet species evolution speed is slow compared to Yunnan and Sichuan. From the 36 pairs of EcoR Ⅰ / Mse Ⅰ cited material combination screening E2M2, E3M3, E4M6, E7M6 four pairs of primer combinations, a total amplification of the 141 bar with available statistics, 39 of which were polymorphic with, polymorphism rate of 27.65%. E2M2 of primer combinations amplified bands most polymorphisms are the best. By AFLP analysis of 70 strains tested genetic similarity coefficient range 0.55-1.00. When genetic similarity coefficient of 0.748, all strains can be divided into four groups. Most of the strains from Tibet clustered in Group A of the first, the second subgroup, a few in Group A third, fourth subgroup B, D group. Fourth subgroup of the group A, B and D groups for Tibet's unique genetic type. Strains from Aba are the first subgroup of the group A strains from Ganzi and Liangshan belong to group A second subgroup. From Lijiang, Yunnan strains belonging to the third subgroup of the group A and group C. 4 toxicity analysis and AFLP analysis showed that Tibet stripe rust pathogen is a relatively independent group, with its unique toxicity and genetic types and adjacent areas, but especially in Sichuan certain kinship, there is a source of bacteria exchange may sex. Specific toxicity types of the AFLP fingerprint feature, but did not find the same strain is no significant correlation between toxicity and AFLP polymorphism clustering results. From AFLP reveals the genetic background, the majority of strains of Tibet and Sichuan strain kinship close to a small number of strains with Yunnan closer relationship, and toxicity similar Department analysis showed that there are two, Tibet and Yunnan stripe rust strain group The similarity between and the Sichuan Population lack of toxicity type, which may be due to striiformis toxicity evolution of the genome can be independent of the variation of other sites.
