Abstract


Image three-dimensional modeling is a hot research topic in image processing . The three-dimensional modeling in medical image diagnosis has very important applications in medicine , radiation therapy , surgery planning , cosmetic surgery and anatomy teaching . Three-dimensional modeling based on two-dimensional medical image sequence , the efficiency of the algorithm is the primary problem to hinder the promotion of the three-dimensional modeling techniques in clinical applications . Research analysis of three-dimensional modeling techniques , studied several rendering algorithm for three-dimensional modeling , ray casting volume rendering algorithm principle . The efficiency of the algorithm for three-dimensional modeling , study the acceleration technology, three-dimensional modeling the acceleration strategy from a number of key steps of the modeling . By image storage mapping optimization, and sequence matching , resampling to accelerate basic strategy and trying to reduce the amount of data processing is defined by image segmentation of 3D modeling area . In the overall framework of the three-dimensional modeling system , through the introduction of multi-process memory-mapped file , accelerate the speed of image storage , and simplifies the process of medical image data access ; within the three-dimensional model of the problem need to be observed in any perspective , the proposed analog multi-planar cutting plane algorithm ; using sequence similarity - based image matching technology to solve the problem of a large number of medical image sequences segmentation efficiency . In order to accelerate the single image segmentation , region growing segmentation algorithm ; morphological methods and an 8- neighborhood contour tracking algorithm , patch region growing algorithm segmentation quality ; addition , the design of the secondary image segmentation scheme for the contradictions in the balance split between quality and segmentation efficiency , and to ensure that the effect of three-dimensional image modeling . Based on the above programs , the design of the automatic segmentation algorithm for image sequences without human involvement , and on this basis to achieve the 3D segmentation and reconstruction of medical image sequences . Experiments show that , the program is better to solve the three-dimensional modeling system efficiency and practicality .
