Abstract

Objective to investigate the plasma endotoxin in rats with acute intestinal obstruction at different times and changes in D - lactic acid. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, normal control group, control group and intestinal obstruction. Postoperative points four times inferior vena venous blood, obstruction in the ileum tissue histology examination. Color matrix method of determination of plasma endotoxin; Improved spectrophotometric method determination of plasma D - lactic acid. Results in rats of acute intestinal obstruction after 8 h plasma endotoxin obviously increases, 24 h after injury, and then gradually rise, peak until after 168 h of injury; , plasma D - 8 h lactic acid concentration increases, the bimodal type change, to the 168 h after injury, still significantly higher than the control group; Endotoxin and D - lactic acid in the intestinal obstruction were positively correlated (r = 0.503, P lt; 0.503); Intestinal obstruction group of lactic acid levels of plasma endotoxin and D - each point were higher than in control group. Conclusion the severity of acute intestinal obstruction caused by endotoxin concentration is associated with duration of o truction, plasma D - lactic acid can be used as early warning indicators of endotoxin blood disease, plasma endotoxin can be used as evaluation index of gut barrier function damage degree.
