Objective: To investigate the elderly ( over 65 years ) hip fracture ( fracture of the femoral neck and trochanteric fractures ) factors related to high-risk surgery , preoperative preparation for orthopedic patients , intraoperative and postoperative complications note summarizes the processing improve patient surgical risk prediction. Methods for November 2007 - November 2009 Hospital of Hubei Province ( Garden Hill School District ) and Wuhan, Army General Hospital of 112 cases of hip surgery patients were retrospectively investigated , first find and postoperative complications univariate correlation index , and then to postoperative complications such factors as the reference variable multiple regression t test analysis prove whether the differences were statistically significant . Results of this study was to determine whether postoperative complications as the elderly hip fracture efficacy criteria , respectively, in terms of age , gender, operative time , blood loss, whether blood transfusion, blood transfusion, white blood cells, hemoglobin , platelets, blood sugar, erythrocyte sedimentation rate 11 factors for comparative analysis , in predicting the risk of surgery , preoperative hemoglobin decreased , fasting blood sugar, increase the amount of blood loss and postoperative complications in these three indicators are relevant , whether these factors in postoperative complications arise as the reference variable t test analysis proved the three indicators were statistically significant differences . Conclusion affect elderly patients with hip fracture surgery factors are complex multi-faceted, and between various factors affect each other . The study was to determine whether postoperative complications as the elderly hip fracture efficacy criteria , namely in terms of age , gender, operative time , blood loss, blood transfusion, white blood cells, hemoglobin , platelets , blood glucose , erythrocyte sedimentation rate 10 factors Comparative analysis of risk prediction in surgery , gender and age is not an absolute major factor, but lower preoperative hemoglobin , fasting blood sugar, increased blood loss, these three indicators are important. Although there are many elderly patients with medical problems, resulting in greater risk of hip fracture surgery , but as long as we make full preoperative planning , intraoperative fine operation , postoperative complications, and actively prevent processing of these elderly patients can be largely safety on the perioperative period .
