Abstract


1. Objective:To observe The more changes in yuebi Decoction plus ternata combined with western medicine to treat pneumonia caused by SIRS and clinical efficacy in patients with serum TNF-a, IL-6 and CRP effects.2. Methods:Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanjing University of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chinese medicine hospital of pneumonia caused by cum SIRS patients studied, will be in December 2008～January 2010 of pneumonia caused by SIRS patients included in the study, Western pneumonia Diagnostic criteria:Refer to "internal medicine" (People Health Press, sixth edition) and "guiding principles of Chinese medicine clinical research new drugs," diagnosed as pneumonia; SIRS diagnostic criteria:the following two or more than 2 can be diagnosed by clinical SIRS:①temperature> 38℃or<36℃;②heart rate> 90 beats/min;③respiratory rate> 20 beats/min or PaCO2<4.3Kpa (32mmHg);④white blood cell count> 12x109/L or<4x109/L, or neutral rod granulocyte cells (immature cells)> 0.10. Will be included in the 52 patients were randomly divided into two more tick plus Pinellia Decoction treatment group and control group, treatment group 25 cases,27 cases of the control group. Patients were given standard treatment medicine:including symptomatic support, anti-infection and conventional therapy for primary disease. Observed The more changes in yuebi Decoction plus ternata combined with western medicine to treat pneumonia in patients with SIRS due to clinical efficacy, TCM symptom improvement and serum TNF-a, IL-6 and CRP were measured change.3. Results:(1) the more changes in yuebi Decoction plus ternata combined with western medicine to treat pneumonia caused by SIRS patients in the clinical total effective rate and symptom score in the area:The results showed the treatment group compared with the control group in terms of total clinical efficient or to improve the symptom score, the superior than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P value<0.05). (2) the more changes in yuebi Decoction plus ternata combined with western medicine in the SIRS patients with pneumonia caused by TNF-a, IL-6 and CRP effects in the treatment 7 days after the treatment group decreased significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significance (P value<0.05).4. Conclusion:Based on the standardized treatment in Western medicine, The more changes in yuebi Decoction plus ternata can improve the pneumonia caused by SIRS patients with clinical symptoms, improve the cure rate of patients might be associated with lower serum TNF-a and IL-6 levels about.
