Purpose : The purpose of this study is to comparative study of the two treatment methods ( the Onyang Xiezhuo method and Qi Xiezhuo method ) were observed related indicators of renal failure of spleen deficiency syndrome in patients with renal function, thyroid hormone , clear chronic renal insufficiency spleen deficiency syndrome treatment rules , and to explore its mechanism . Methods: chronic renal insufficiency, renal failure of spleen deficiency syndrome in 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups of A, B , 20 cases in each . In group A, the Onyang Xiezhuo Law , the B group adopts Effect of Yiqi Xiezhuo Law , both groups was 3 weeks for a course , to observe the two courses . MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES main symptoms and signs , renal function , hemoglobin, thyroid hormones, urine creatinine changes before and after treatment . Results : ( 1 ) clinical signs and symptoms in patients in group A after treatment has been significantly improved , the total effective rate was 90% , markedly effective rate was 15 % , group B patients with clinical signs and symptoms also improved significantly after treatment , the total effective rate 85% of the effective rate is 5%. Are two ways to improve fatigue, poor appetite and indigestion no significant differences in improve Yaoxisuanruan , aversion to cold , abdominal distention , waist Leng Tong , nocturnal Kiyonaga , etc. A group was better than group B improve shortness of breath group B than in group A . (2) the Onyang Turbid Qi Turbid can effectively reduce the level of BUN, Scr , Hb levels , improve renal function and anemia status . (3 ) yang Turbid be able to adjust the level of thyroid hormone , thereby improving the yang deficiency symptoms . (4) the warming yang Turbid Qi Xiezhuo of Law in patients with K , CO2CP , UA , UCR no significant effect. ( 5 ) yang Turbid Qi Xiezhuo of Continuous treatment for 6 weeks without adverse reactions . Conclusion: the warming yang Turbid Qi Xiezhuo of law can be effective in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency spleen deficiency syndrome . Onyang Turbid diagnosis and treatment ordinary rule of law , Effect of Yiqi Xiezhuo Law is the political reform of the diagnosis and treatment rules , as long as accurate grasp of indications , dose, duration appropriate , safe and convenient for clinical application .
