Abstract


Objective: addition and subtraction Yi Huang Tang reduce spleen wet Yun heat of vulvar vaginal candidiasis recurrence rate of clinical observation . Materials and Methods : within the past year in Fujian Second People's Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology outpatient episodes of VVC patients with the acute phase of more than 2 times are using Canesten treatment for 1 week . The reexamination select Spleen wet Yun of hot 90 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups ; 45 cases of the control group : do not take any treatment ; observation group of 45 patients : Yi Huang Tang subtraction with the disease , one a day , 7 days ; group in the seven days before the next month menstrual continue to be discontinued after a course of treatment with the former treatment review . Recorded before and after treatment after the end of the total course of symptoms and signs : three months after the discontinuation of the review 2 set of symptoms and signs of recurrence . Results: ① compared between the two groups before and after treatment , symptoms and signs , P value equal to 0.00 lt ; 0.01, after treatment than before treatment scores were significantly decreased after drug treatment can ease the patient 's clinical symptoms and signs . ② two groups were compared after the treatment of the symptoms and signs : P = 0.001 lt ; 0.01, a significant degree of remission of symptoms and signs of addition and subtraction by the traditional Chinese medicine Yi Huang Tang adjuvant therapy is superior to pure western Canesten treatment . ③ relapse rate between two groups : observation group 3 months after discontinuation recurrence rate was 11.1% in the control group withdrawal 3 months after the recurrence rate was 40 % , P = 0.002 lt ; 0.01 was statistically significant , the recurrence of the observation group cases was significantly lower than the control group , addition and subtraction easy yellow soup can effectively reduce spleen wet Yun hot type vulvovaginal candidiasis recurrence rate . Conclusion: The addition and subtraction easy yellow soup can effectively reduce spleen wet Yun the hot type vulvovaginal Candida relapse rate of the disease , and improve the patient's clinical symptoms , improve the patient's quality of life .
