Abstract


Higher Education in the 21st century, faced with severe challenges in expanding import and export poor circumstances, the difficult employment situation of university graduates is a very prominent issue. The employment situation is not optimistic in the country against the backdrop of graduates of agricultural colleges and universities face enormous employment pressure. In this case, how to embark on the road to entrepreneurship to create jobs, to start to promote employment, how to strengthen the university’s entrepreneurship education, establish and perfect the mechanism of entrepreneurial innovation of college graduates has become an urgent research topic.The party’s 16th National Congress Party pointed that: helping the general public change their mentality about employment, introducing flexible and diverse forms of employment and encouraging self-employment and self-employed. The party’s 17th National Congress Party further emphasized: the implementation of development strategies to expand employment, promote entrepreneurship to create jobs. However, most universities do not currently set up in business education content, training courses, students are also a serious lack of awareness of their own businesses. Therefore, the strengthening of entrepreneurship education on college students, focused on building entrepreneurial science-based entrepreneurship education system with Chinese characteristics, scientific promote entrepreneurship, has been a pressing major issue.In this paper, Henan Agricultural University Alumni Research and summarize their business practice, business experience, entrepreneurial institutions of higher agricultural education, agricultural colleges hope to provide inspiration and reference for teaching, the whole society to care and support of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education environment atmosphere . This document is divided into four parts: business, entrepreneurship education, the meaning and significance; entrepreneurial agricultural colleges and the background of students; graduates of agricultural colleges and characteristics of business surveys; graduates of agricultural colleges and universities to establish new business mechanism. Through this paper called on the government and society: the establishment of effective guidance mechanism, incentive mechanism, helping mechanisms and security mechanisms for graduates of agricultural colleges to provide institutional support to entrepreneurship. For higher agricultural education business institutions provide a good social environment.
