Nowadays, the enterprise employment environment is becoming increasingly complex, labor law is perfected constantly, market competition is growing fiercer, technical progress is accelerated unceasingly, enterprise reform is deepened ceaselessly. In present situation, employment is facing many new problems and contradictions. Strengthening the management of labor employing and constructing harmonious labor relations is becoming more and more important in the work of enterprise management.Under this social context, in my course of the study, I by combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, visited managers, viewed the historical data account, collected relevant data combined with statistical analysis, referenced to the relevant documentation, to diagnose problems existed. Combining with the characteristics of petroleum industry, the enterprise development strategy and the actual situation of Sinopec Sales Company Jiangxi branch, I analyzed the Jiangxi branch of oil in the employing labor management aspect’s present situation in detail, pointed out the opportunities, challenges and difficulties which we were facing under the new situation, besides, I proposed some constructive suggestions as well as the relevant strategies and methods. What I did is in order to raise the Jiangxi oil branch of labor management level, and make the work of human resources even better.
