Abstract


The field of criminal justice , the principle of mutual recognition is the criminal decision can be made ??by a member state to another Member State recognized and necessary principle . The principles of the criminal fast execution can be decided in the EU to improve the efficiency of the judicial assistance between the EU member states . The principle of mutual recognition has long been used in the establishment of the single market , applied to the field of criminal justice or after the signing of the Amsterdam Treaty . The principle of mutual recognition is an important part of the integration of EU criminal . The principle of mutual recognition in the context of EU the Criminal integration of large , been established as the cornerstone of the EU member states for mutual legal assistance in Tampere meeting on October 15, 1999 to 16 days . After the entry into force of the Amsterdam Treaty , the EU introduced a series of plans, programs and specific arrangements for measures to gradually implement the principle of mutual recognition in the field of criminal justice . EU criminal justice field concrete is based on the framework of the principle of mutual recognition of decisions embodied in the form of already adopted the Framework Decision on the European arrest warrant , a confiscation order in Europe , the European freezing order European property torture , the European evidence warrant , the European enforcement order , there are also plan to develop a protection order and pre-trial supervision measures .
