Abstract


With the intensification of competition in the printing industry and printing technology to further enhance the profits of the newspaper printing companies gradually reduced. ERP (Enterprise Resourse Planning) system for the printing system management can reduce inventory , shorten the delayed delivery , advance procurement is expected to try to take advantage of the printing companies in the information technology competition . This makes the ERP gradually warming up in the newspaper printing industry , a growing number of newspaper printing enterprises begin to adopt ERP management system . Printing expenditures , procurement costs typically account for a proportion of the cost , based on the implementation of ERP systems procurement management subsystem can effectively reduce procurement costs and improve the efficiency of procurement and to ensure that every aspect of the procurement can monitoring in place . This paper draws on the basis of foreign advanced procurement management concepts and supply chain management concepts , combined with the development of the status quo of China's printing industry , the analysis of the the Chutian Printing Corporation , procurement status , and in the analysis of the company 's procurement status on the basis of proposed procurement process reengineering based ERP environment , material classification of the Chutian Printing Corporation illustrations dissect more optimized material sorting strategies ; and material sorting based on targeted suppliers differentiated management strategies , different management strategies for different suppliers . Build the ERP environment based procurement management module JIT purchasing mode ERP system combined portfolio management , design management of suppliers on JIT and ERP combining the mode and this management mode analysis , the implementation of the proposed . This paper systematically analyzed the ERP environment - based procurement management system to build , optimize , and combined with JIT mode and design of the various sub-modules of the procurement management system . Meanwhile, a combination of theoretical studies and practical work , Chutian Printing Corporation provides ERP environment - based procurement management system solutions , and provide a reference for the relevant industry procurement management research .
