Abstract


As development of technology especially in information technology, modern internationalization develop rapidly. Consumers demand increasingly diverse and rapidly change too. Modern business increasingly emphasize rapid reaction ability of the enterprise. Supply chain management is well met with the development of this change. More and more companies change the previous large and comprehensive development model, outsource non-core competencies including manufacturing to the enterprise that have a competitive advantage in the supply chain, and to establish long-term strategic partnership with them. In our country, the photovoltaic industry is a new industry. After fast development, the scale of domestic PV enterprises represented by the SW company has been ranked among the world’s leading. But it has faced deep crisis because of excess capacity and slow response.This article explores the impacts of procurement management, starting with from developments in the theory of supply chain management. It makes the traditional purchasing to a strategic sourcing, and the Purchasing Department to become as important as sales profit center.Through the analysis of SW company’s purchasing management problems of in five facts:Organizational structures, purchasing processes, supplier management, demand management, information systems. Through the adjustment of the company’s organizational structure, integrate the power of supply chain-related sector. Through organizational changes and process optimization, reduction in procurement process. Establish access for supplier development and evaluation mechanisms, regularly optimize supplier resources. Manage material requirements to ensure demand plan quickly and accurately. Integrate the group’s information system resources to provide important means for improving supply chain management.Above analysis and optimization of measures for addressing the plight of domestic PV manufacturers have important practical significance. It is the only way to improve management and win the competition of domestic enterprises especially less developed regions enterprises.
