Abstract


As the Financial Crisis that engulfed the whole of China, the massive peasant laborers return to their home, the re-employment of the returned peasant laborers becomes the focus in Chinese society. All regions carry out the enterprise education for the peasant laborers to achieve the farmers’employment and re-employment in order to respond the Government’s policy. In the field of theoretical research, some experts find some related issues existed in present implementation of Enterprise Education, in the practice domain, also some problems has existed in Enterprise Education carried out by the country. This paper proposes to use Web-based Distance Education platform to achieve farmers’enterprise education based on the reviewed problems in current domestic enterprise education. It in order to explore the information technology can provide services for farmers and provide a new way of promoting the farmers’re-employment education. It has a certain practical significance.This paper specifically elaborates the present situation of farmers’enterprise education, analyses the problems in present enterprise education, while combines with the advantages of farmers’enterprise education in the network environment and the actual conditions of implementing the new farmers’enterprise education based on web. On this basis, it proposes to use a Web-based distance education platform to implement the farmers’enterprise education that is the farmers use the Internet to study across the time and space, and communicate with the experts in different places.This study uses some research methods such as cases analysis, interviews et, selects the distance education network named "Red Boat" form Jiaxing city as a case, takes three farmers who carry out the entrepreneurship education based on Red Boat net as the cases to conduct the research. The promotion that network technology used in farmers’ entrepreneurship education can be analyzed form three latitude such as the changing situation of farmers obtain information, the changing situation about farmers exchange with experts and the changes of farmers’entrepreneurship basic quality through calculating and analyzing the numbers of farmers access to the enterprise column information in the Red Boat net. The data indicates that although the numbers which the farmers access to the enterprise column information are up and down, the ability that farmers obtain information and exchange with experts has changed, it presents a definite upward trend. This shows that the network can promote farmers to obtain information timeliness and concretely, also increase opportunities for exchange with experts, while the farmers can learn to use the Internet to obtain relevant information. In addition, the changes of farmers’enterprise consciousness, market consciousness, risk awareness and enterprise capacity can be specifically understood by the network interview ion of the farmers’cases.Through this research, new farmers’enterprise education based on web explores the feasibility for farmers carry out the enterprise education in the network environment, also provide a new concept and approach for farmers’ enterprise education. Enterprise education based on web can promote farmers obtain information timeliness and concretely, increase opportunities for exchange with experts,while influence farmers’entrepreneurship basic quality. On a practical level, it confirms that farmers’enterprise education can be implemented in the net, this makes a preliminary attempt for farmers’enterprise education based on web in various localities. This research has the theoretical and practical significance, also has certain foresightedness.
