Abstract


Building a socialist harmonious society, it is my party from building a moderately prosperous society, and create a new situation in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics starting a major task. Women are the main force to promote the building of a harmonious society, but also an inevitable requirement for building a harmonious society. Employment for women is important, it marks the progress of women and gender equality. There is no doubt that with the economic development of women in the field of political, social, economic enjoy unprecedented equality. However, sex discrimination in employment began to appear and become a social problem. If handled properly, it will become a bottleneck restricting the development of a harmonious society. This paper combed the research status at home and abroad, and comment on existing research. Papers starting from the theme of the times to build a harmonious society, combined with the gender theory to study the problem of gender discrimination of female employment in China. The paper clarifies the concept of the female sex discrimination in employment. After reviewing my History of Party guidance of female employment, an objective analysis of the existing explicit and implicit gender inequality. On this basis, this paper explores the institutional and structural factors behind the female sex discrimination in employment, that the underdeveloped productive forces at this stage of economic transition, the political and legal system is not perfect, the outdated gender culture and the modern unhealthy culture, education The low level of public opinion and the negative effects of globalization female sex discrimination in employment. In this thesis, for the reasons put forward countermeasures of female employment gender discrimination. Economic areas: the mostly female employment opportunities, improve the employment-related social security system, to carry out gender budgeting; promote gender mainstreaming in the political and legal aspects: to strengthen the government's responsibilities and functions, and advocated by increasing the proportion of women in politics and improve the legal policy to eliminate sex discrimination in employment of women; cultural and educational aspects: First, to build advanced gender culture, to improve the levels of female education;: female development into the harmonious social development goals in the social sphere, to improve public opinion environment, to play the role of women's organizations, to enhance the openness. This article is intended to seek ways women equal employment of female employment gender discrimination. More important is to promote women's liberation, development as a fulcrum to build a harmonious society of fairness and justice, democracy and the rule of law.
