Abstract


Accompanied with the rapid development of economy of our country and the course of urbanization, the step of urban retrofit and construction is quickened generally, however, in the meanwhile, the urban traffic situation is getting steadily worse. To circumvent more serious influence on urban traffic due to the unreasonable development and utilization of the land,traffic impact analysis (TIA), as a powerful tool in adjusting the relationship between the land development and utilization and the urban traffic , has been applied to practice, and the evaluation of traffic impact degree for construction projects is a key process in TIA.Considering the significance of traffic impact degree evaluation and the deficiency of existing appraisal approaches, this thesis first outlines present ways to evaluate the traffic impact degree both in domestic and foreign studies, analyzes the interactions of urban land use and traffic systems, the features of the impact of construction projects on urban traffic and the decisive factors of this kind of impact, and better understand the traffic impact degree evaluation through summarizing the content and procedures of TIA. In succession, the advantages of the Attribute Mathematical Method in the identification of ordered evaluation sets are showed by introducing the basic theory and methods of Attribute Mathematics. Then this paper establishes an index system of traffic impact degree evaluation, and divides them into five scales. After applying analytical hierarchy process to ensure the weights of these indexes, this paper figures out the comprehensive impact degree of construction projects on urban traffic systems by building an attribute range identifying model. Finally, this thesis employs this model in a concrete project and illustrates its maneuverability and feasibility.
