Abstract


With the development of information technology and the popularization of network technology recently, the computer network of the Military District authorities have been developing rapidly. Information needs of users of way and access to new and higher requirements; information exchange network, and Call be reduced from a lot of unnecessary and repetitive manual work, greatly improved the efficiency of various departments; the use of networked information technology for provide users、faster and better service. Therefore, the Military Region to build a stable, secure, easy-to-use office automation system is an urgent need to achieve the task.This dissertation on the current status of office automation system ale analyzed, combined with the concept of a modem enterprise OA, based on the actual unit where the author designed and implemented for the use of the Military Region Of the Office Automation System. The purpose of the system is to achieve stable, efficient and convenient platform for office automation, to a large amount of accurate data on the interaction and transmission of information dealing with automation,to replace the traditional manual approach.The system uses the current mainstream of the MVC-based J2EE design patterns and Struts framework, and that constitute a system layer, Business Logic Tier and data persistence layer to carry out all in-depth discussion. The dissertation in the overall analysis of the system based on the completion of the functional modules of the system design and system architecture design. Finally, a detailed presentation of the main modules and business processes components of the algorithm.System goal is to establish a rational design and office automation systems, to improve the office conditions and the environment, and reduce staff burden, improve, quality and efficiency of the office to speed up the standardization of military management, scientific, networking process.
