Abstract


The scientific concept of development as reflective and innovative theoretical results for Development is a development paradigm change undoubtedly has extraordinary significance of many social and economic problems . However , the scientific concept of development as a highly concentrated theoretical system , its theoretical guidance macro , how the spiritual essence of the theory of the specific issues within the current socio-economic areas in China to be a specific application , in order to achieve its meso even on the micro-level theoretical innovation , institutional innovation and policy design . This paper attempts to make some of their own thinking from this one , which is the basic starting point for ideas and wording herein . First, since China's reform and opening up of the social and economic problems of co-ordination , the paper analyzes the problem mainly includes three aspects : the restructuring of the socio-economic issues, population issues , as well as the gap between rich and poor is too large and the supply of public goods problem . This paper argues that the three major social and economic problems are the development challenges we currently face , the settlement of the issue of this series is a major systems engineering problems are inherently related , rather than isolated state . After the analysis described in the internal relations of these three issues must be put forward innovative spiritual essence of the overall co-ordination of the scientific concept of development as a guide to the for the overall consideration between the three major issues , any one problem when not \Finally, the paper argues , must take collaborative initiatives for the solution of the current socio-economic problems , and can not concentrate on one thing , \clearly can not rush to release the country 's population policy , the current population policy must continue to stabilize fully opened up to about 2050 ; such as making on the transformation of the economic structure , the authors believe that the need to work closely with the trend of China 's population to move closer follow up by supporting initiatives build the power of population, resources , optimize the population structure .
