Abstract


The integration of the world economy is an important element in the development of the world economy in recent years , and its essence is a worldwide resource integration movement . The overseas investment is an important driving force for the movement . In the integration process , any country can insulate themselves , otherwise, you will miss a lot of opportunity , especially for China, a big country in the transformation of the economic development is particularly important . Overseas investment as an important branch of the international financial transactions worldwide in recent years has been the rapid development and effective way for large-scale projects , energy projects , transnational development , how the use of overseas investment in China , is China 's integration into the global success one of the key factors of economy . Overseas investment will certainly applied to large-scale international energy markets , cross - border services in many areas , and in the legal system , overseas investment risks should be carefully studied so smoothly into the global production, management, and circulation of capital adequate and effective legal protection , legal protection of overseas investment risks and is today a recognized one of the effective measures is an important safeguard to accelerate China's modernization . The first part of this article focuses on the risk of overseas investment and its course of development , the analysis of the current situation of China's overseas investment . The second part describes the overseas investment laws in France and Canada . The third part , the International Overseas Investment legislative experience . The fourth part , attributed the status and shortcomings of China 's overseas investment legislation . The fifth part, the problems faced by the current overseas investment , and put forward some suggestions to improve China 's overseas investment regime . Through this discussion , I hope that Chinese enterprises overseas investment can promote better risk-averse and obtain greater benefits , more reasonable investment to help Chinese enterprises overseas investment , so as to promote China's economic development .
