Abstract


With the acceleration of global economic integration and the development of national economy, the development of capital markets has become an integral part of China's national economy and an important driving force. Stock index futures as a financial derivative products, provides a new idea to improve the country's financial market. Stock index futures is a tool to manage risks, but because of the margin trading has a huge leverage effect, if used improperly, will lead to new risks. Therefore, it is necessary to further establish and improve China's stock index futures market risk management system, regulatory system to effectively protect the interests of investors. In this paper, based on the course of development and current status of the overseas stock index futures market, foreign stock index futures market risk management system, and with the national situation analysis of stock index futures market some of the problems and suggestions. The main contents include: the first chapter elaborates on the research background and significance of the analytical framework of this article, and further review of the various types of research results at home and abroad for stock index futures problem, and pointed out that the innovation of this paper; Chapter II of the development of stock index futures Overview, describes the characteristics of stock index futures, function and global stock index futures market from birth to prosperity in the course of development, and on this basis for the future development trend of the stock index futures market made a preliminary judgment; International Comparison and Revelation of stock index futures risk management system, a detailed description of the overseas stock index futures market in all kinds of risk management systems, such as deposit system, daily trading system, billing system, and analyzes the possible risks of China's stock index futures, and preliminary recommendations. Chapter IV of the development of China's stock index futures and the impact on the capital market, the characteristics of the current CSI 300 stock index futures contracts and analyze the impact of the contract on the long-term effects of China's capital market; fifth chapter of the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 stock index futures Since the launch of the current market situation analysis and recommendations of the present market performance of the CSI 300 stock index futures contracts run for a month since; Problems and Suggestions in Chapter VI of stock index futures market development, summed up the current stock index futures in the market need to improve the system construction, and draw and recommendations.
