With the continuous development of modern information technology , network teaching as a able to effectively break the constraints of time teaching methods are widely attention , this new form of education can effectively strengthen the teaching vivid , interactive and timeliness . In order to meet the high-speed network teaching , flourishing educational institutions at all levels have developed a large number of network courses to meet the needs of the teaching . As one of the network teaching resources , network quality of the course the pros and cons of a direct impact on the level of network teaching . Network course in the use of the process also gradually revealed many problems , most network programs in the production of and does not follow a uniform standard, commonly used in development mode is an integrated development model , which led to a network courses in some of the problems of sharing , transplantation and reconstruction . How to solve the above problems has become a top priority of the network course construction . The paper analyzes the development and current situation of the network teaching online courses ; common learning theory and instructional design theory on the construction of the network course ; research network curriculum development model ; and on this basis the existence of network courses summarized the problem , summarized and analyzed. Try under the guidance of the school-based curriculum and secondary development of the concept of the integrated use of a variety of courseware development software to solve the problems faced by the network courses .
