Abstract


Open sharing of educational resources has become a growing international phenomenon, is the strategic choice of the higher education reform. Our universities National Quality Course Construction started in 2003 as the implementation of the system of mass education resources open sharing project in the construction of high-quality resources to eliminate the barriers to access to resources, incentive application has made a useful exploration.
