Abstract


With a comprehensive and rapid development of knowledge-based economy, technological innovation has become a business, a region or even a country's economic development critical factors. The fundamental support points or determinants of high-tech-oriented high-tech enterprises, technical innovation as a competitive advantage. Help high-tech enterprises through technological innovation performance evaluation system of high-tech enterprises, scientific understanding of the overall situation of its own technological innovation, more suitable for the development of their enterprises technological innovation strategy to maintain and enhance the competitive advantage Get the best technical and economic benefits. The first literature review of technology innovation and technology innovation performance in these two areas of study and research, mainly including the connotation of the technological innovation process model of technological innovation, the connotation of technology innovation management theory and technological innovation performance evaluation index system and evaluation methods and so on. And then analyze the factors from three aspects of technology innovation input, management and output of technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province. Summed up the impact of technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province obstacles to the establishment of the index system laid the theoretical basis for the below. Home and Abroad study based on the characteristics of the high-tech enterprises, build from the three processes of technical innovation and R \u0026 D, technological innovation, management and technology innovation business output performance evaluation index system of technical innovation of high-tech enterprises, which technology innovation and R \u0026 D performance, including nine indicators of technical innovation and R \u0026 D investment and technological innovation and R \u0026 D output; 10 indicators of technological innovation management performance including the quality of entrepreneurial innovation; technology innovation and business performance including business investment and commercial output indicators, after repeated discussions I where the research team as well as pre-investigation on the part of high-tech enterprises, and ultimately determine the technological innovation of high-tech enterprises performance evaluation index system, aimed at the whole process, and a full range of enterprise technology innovation performance evaluation. Next, based on the above evaluation index system, the establishment of four based on BP neural network enterprise technology innovation performance evaluation model, namely: enterprise technology innovation performance evaluation model, technical innovation and R \u0026 D Performance Evaluation Model, Technology Innovation Management Performance Evaluation Model, technology Innovation and Business Performance Evaluation Model. 48 high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province of data collected through questionnaire, 37 randomly selected data to build the BP neural network, and the rest of the 10 test data is used to build a good network, in order to confirm the reliability of the model, the last case for specific case studies. The results confirm and build good four network model truly reflected the general situation of the technological innovation of the surveyed enterprises, technological innovation performance evaluation can be applied to other high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province, will help the enterprises to understand the level of technological innovation performance, and find out the key aspects that affect the performance level. Finally, summarize the contents of the lack of research and the need for further work.
