Abstract


Overall condition and influencing factors of satisfaction research of Xi'an College Counselors in performance appraisal satisfaction questionnaire survey of the Xi'an area colleges and universities 320 counselors in order to analyze the impact of the performance appraisal satisfaction factors, as improve and maintain the college counselor performance appraisal satisfaction ways to provide reference. The study consists of five sections. The first part is an introduction on the background of the topic, research purpose and meaning; second part of the literature review, respectively, from the three aspects of this article theoretical studies of the sort; Part III describes the Xi'an College Counselors in performance appraisal satisfaction impact questionnaire indicators extraction process and questionnaire preparation and test and questionnaire process; fourth part is divided into data processing and results analysis. In this paper, the use of exploratory factor analysis, analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis of the data had been processed. Finally, on the basis of the data analysis through data analysis processing results discussion and interpretation of the results and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for how to improve the the College Counselors performance appraisal system, to improve their satisfaction; Part V concludes with Looking on the results of this study and recommendations for further study. The results of this paper are mainly the following aspects: first, Xi'an College Counselors in performance appraisal satisfaction influencing factors is constituted by the following six dimensions are reasonable feedback and application of the results of the exam and assessment system, school performance appraisal reasonable degree of attention, the higher appraisal in charge, assessment indicators extracted as well as the participation of the employees; second Xi'an College Counselors in the overall performance appraisal satisfaction in the middle level of analysis, from the impact of various factors on the various dimensions of differentiation phenomenon obvious; Third, correlation analysis, other dimensions in addition to the superior appraisal competent outside there are varying degrees of correlation with the higher authorities. Learned the results of the exam feedback through regression analysis, application, assessment indicators extract reasonable school emphasis on performance appraisal overall satisfaction to better predictability; fourth, demographic variables on the performance assessment of overall satisfaction with their The impact of factors that affect the other variables exist significant differences in the overall satisfaction of the performance appraisal and its impact in addition to work experience and gender. This study suggests that the morale of the counselors in the new era, in order to enhance the college counselor performance appraisal satisfaction, should constantly improve the the College Counselors performance appraisal system, schools in the selection, personnel management level is maintained at an innovative stage remain in a high state, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the school, and the school to maintain a good momentum of development.
