Abstract


With the development of world economy , oil and gas as an important strategic resource , and its growing importance . Since the 1990s , major foreign multinational oil companies through mergers , acquisitions and asset restructuring and other means of capital operation greatly improved the company's overall scale and operational capabilities , improve global competitiveness and expand market share. At the same time , China's oil supply and demand of the growing wider , the increasing dependence on foreign oil and gas , China's oil companies implementing international capital operation strategy is to protect the national oil security, and national economic security inevitable choice. The paper first outlines the background, purpose and significance , research methods and content . Secondly discusses the theory of capital operation . Second, for our oil capital operation status and analysis , expounded China's oil capital operation and development history and current situation , analyze the operation of international capital to strengthen our oil companies need to study . Again foreign oil companies operating practices and the capital sum , sum up the case of foreign oil companies from the capital of oil companies on operational experience and inspiration . International oil companies to revisit our capital operation mode selection, from the entry model, capital allocation and investment structure analysis. Perfection of international oil companies again raised capital operation countermeasures and suggestions . Finally, conclusions and future research summary innovation content .
