Abstract


\The county economy is the cornerstone of the national economy. By location factors, historical and cultural factors and regional development strategies factors: the county level of economic development and competitiveness and imbalances. County is set by the national central government administrative regional units. It is a relative independence of the basic social categories. This article defines the county economy as county government regulation body, market-oriented, optimize the allocation of resources, with regional characteristics and the complete functionality of the regional economy. This paper presents the development of county economy overall competitiveness, is a county-level administrative region within the economy as the core many factors, including social, cultural, education, nature, people's living force advantage and influence. The topics in this article is to the scientific development concept as a guide, the connotation of the overall competitiveness of the county's economic development re redifining: take into account both the specific counties that have resource endowments, and taking into account the level of economic development of the county economy also takes into account the factors that affect its future development indicators; take into account both economic factors also take into account the environment, resources, social and other factors, to design, to build the county's economic competitiveness evaluation index system and evaluation method is selected.
