Abstract


In recent years, the telecommunications enterprise external environment has changed enormously, a substantial increase in the line fault causes various types of external force construction . Some typical fault cases , line maintenance \efficiency is not high ; fiber optic cable line resources and report data remained in the isolated state of decentralized management , fill out the complexity of traditional management reports , statistical analysis of the efficiency is not high , the result is not satisfactory , the technical staff is overwhelmed , it is difficult to combine long distance / local pipelines and machine line resource status quo to carry out the optimal allocation . The main subject is the the CDMA GPSOne positioning technology and positioning protocol analysis and research , interface , electronic map system with fiber optic inspection function of the development of the electronic Map system with the CDMA GPSOne system in communication data communication data interface , the design of real-time display inspection terminal mobile electronic map of the track , making the problem of fiber optic cable lines accurately and timely feedback to the maintenance department , maintenance department fastest time , shortest path speed to solve the problem site feedback , establish inspection system for fiber optic cable line work needs , thus improve the fiber optic cable lines to maintain the capacity and efficiency of the work .
