Abstract


Competition in the way of enterprise in the 21st century, a huge change, competition between enterprises from mere product, price, market competition, the development of competition between the supply chain and, therefore, more and more companies began to focus on the supply chain management . Suppliers as the source of the supply chain, supplier management research has always been the focus of everyone's attention. However, the traditional supplier management from the point of view of the core businesses of the supply chain, are more concerned about the maximization of the core business interests, while ignoring the improvement of the competitive advantage of the supply chain as a whole. With the development of supply chain management, a new supply chain management model - Fourth appearance aroused the concern of the business community and academia. The fourth party logistics as clients corporate supply chain managers, one for enterprise customers to use its powerful ability to integrate social resources supply chain solutions and provide supply chain management services for enterprise customers. In this paper, fourth party logistics as a customer enterprise supply chain managers how to manage supplier of enterprise customers, in order to ensure the efficient functioning of the client-enterprise supply chain. This paper first analyzes the existing literature on the fourth party logistics and vendor management, highlighting the advantages and feasibility of suppliers based on the fourth party logistics management, built on this basis based on the fourth party logistics management suppliers processes. Pointed out that in the process of analysis of the process, the fourth party logistics customers enterprise supplier management in two stages through the evaluation and selection of suppliers, and the cooperation between suppliers and customers, enterprises performance evaluation. In this paper, the evaluation of the supplier selection study, the first analysis of the development approach based on the fourth party logistics management vendors, suppliers, and then put forward the guiding ideology of choice based on the fourth party logistics supplier evaluation. Follow this guiding ideology combined on the basis of the previous research on the Supplier Selection and Evaluation and fourth party logistics own characteristics and social awareness of environmental protection, to build a comprehensive evaluation index system based on the Fourth suppliers, and the establishment of the evaluation model based on BP neural network, and finally using MATLAB to verify the validity of the evaluation model. In this paper, the study of maintenance of cooperative relations between suppliers and customers, enterprises put forward by focusing on the evaluation of the performance of the cooperation between suppliers and customers, enterprises, and to the maintenance of cooperative relations between the two sides. Do this, build a the cooperation performance evaluation model, the evaluation of the performance of suppliers to choose a different supplier management strategy, and through continuous evaluation found that the process of cooperation in all aspects of the problem and give the solution, to achieve sustained perfect purpose, in order to maintain both long-term and stable cooperative relationship.
