Abstract

Rosin with a catalyst such as phosphotungstic acid, silicotungstic acid , activated clay , bentonite , respectively , in the thermal cracking reaction under certain test conditions . Pyrolysis oil acid value of the primary indicators to examine the differences of the above catalyst on the of rosin pyrolysis reaction extent . The results show that : the phosphotungstic acid silicotungstic acid activated clay catalyst rosin thoroughly cleavage . The influence of reaction time , reaction temperature and the amount of catalyst rosin pyrolysis reaction and optimum conditions using three factors and three levels orthogonal test study activated clay catalyst , phosphotungstic acid , silicotungstic acid activated clay three catalysts rosin the optimum experimental conditions of the cleavage reaction is: phosphotungstic acid catalyst is used in an amount of 0.25 % , the reaction temperature of 240 ° C , reaction time 2 h, the cleavage product obtained an acid value of 0.80 mg / g the tungstosilicic acid catalyst used in an amount of 1% , reaction temperature of 240 ° C , reaction time 2 h , pyrolysis products acid value of 0.55 mg / g, the activated clay pH 3.5 to 4.5 , the amount of 10% , reaction temperature 240 ℃, reaction time 1.5 h , the cleavage product acid A value of 0.62 mg / g . By gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GC / MS) analysis of the pyrolysis oil and the chemical composition of the volatile oil , pyrolysis oil bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons , Benzene , naphthalene ring class and as phenanthrene ring aromatic compounds , volatile oil cycloalkane ring alkylene , naphthalene , benzene , and other compounds .
