This paper introduces the importance of the influence that the water injection and booster pump brings about in petroleum exploitation,This paper investigate the results of researching the clearance seal and valve extensively.The numerical simulation of clearance seal and the flow field of valve have achieved some encouraging results currently.However,with the continuous development of processing technology,as well as the people’s demand for more real data,previous studies in some areas have been unable to meet the current desire of the people.In this demond,the clearance of the directional slide valve is optimized in this paper,by adding groove on the core of directional slide valve.Three-dimensional visual simulation is used in directional slide valve by using FLUENT software.The flow rate of optimized directional slide valve is smaller than the previous structure.The groove parameters are also changed for simulating.The effects of the clearance size,groove width,groove depth and groove number to the clearance seal flow field and leakage are concluded,based on analyzing the simulation date systematically.The dynamic mesh and UDF which are the most advanced technology of the CFD are used firstly in the opening process of the one-way valve in this article.And the free opening process of the one-way valve core which is driven by the flow load and spring load is realized.The impact on the opening of one-way valve due to spring installation compressed length and stiffness is researchd lately.The reciprocating vibration law of the valve core has been showed; The balance displacement and the maximum displacement which the valve core reach will reduce linearly when the spring stiffness and installation compressed length increase; The time which the valve core takes by reaching the balance position and the maximum position will reduce when the spring installation compressed length and stiffness increase; When the flow field is steady,the net pressure between inlet and outlet will increase linearly when the spring stiffness and installation length increase. The impact on the opening of one-way valve due to spring force is researchd lately by analyzing simulation date further.The impact on the opening process law of one-way valve by the angle is also achieved by changing the valve seat angle,and the resaults are practical significance.
