Abstract


Objective: To understand the quality of life of the Chongqing region Parkinson patients ( Quality of life , QoL ) status quo , in order to lay the foundation for the further evaluation of the effect of clinical treatment and prevention interventions ; explore the main factors of the quality of life in patients with Parkinson ; in order to find improve the quality of life of patients with Parkinson method used clinically . Methods: The health status questionnaire (medical outcome study, MOS SF-36), Parkinson's disease Unified Scale (unified Parkinson's disease rating score, UPDRS), Hoehn-Yah (rH-Y) grading on 63 patients with Parkinson 's disease the patient's QoL (UPDRS Ⅱ) for evaluation. SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software for various assessment scale score , and stepwise multiple regression analysis screening factors most closely related to Parkinson's disease patients QoL total score relations . Results : Spearman correlation analysis showed that patients of QoL and physiological function , physiological functions , energy , social function , emotional , psychological, mental / behavioral / emotional , movement , treatment complications , HY grading was significantly correlated (all P lt ; 0.01) . Stepwise linear multiple regression analysis showed that the most influential factors for Parkinson's disease patients QoL the physiological functions HY grading . Conclusion: The physiological function with HY grading is affecting the QoL of the most important factors in Parkinson's disease patients should pay attention to the ability to improve patient activity and disease symptoms , slow disease progression in the diagnosis and treatment process .
