Comparing the Complications of Laparoscopic Palomo Varicocelectomy Using and without Isosulfan Blue

Abstract


Objective: varicocele patients often accompanied by reduced testicular volume and abnormal semen parameters the infertility factors leading to male patients . Standard laparoscopic varicocele ligation and laparoscopic Meilan stained lymphatic reserved varicocele ligation postoperative complications clinical research . Varicocele high ligation assumed that laparoscopic methylene blue staining of lymphatic reservations can reduce hydrocele , scrotal pain , varicocele recurrence and other complications . Methods : 120 varicocele patients were randomly divided into two groups ( group A and group B , 60 patients in each group ) sequential studies , indications for surgery include infertility , scrotal pain and abnormal testicular volume . Patients participating in the study are the purposes of laparoscopic varicocele high ligation A group of patients given standard laparoscopic spermatic vein high ligation of the B group of patients given standard laparoscopic the Meilan stained lymphatic reserved varicocele ligation . Postoperative patients in both groups were followed up for 6 months ( follow-up content : varicocele recurrence , hydrocele , scrotal pain ) . Results: The two groups of patients were not complications during surgery . The postoperative hydrocele complications in group A, 60 patients (13.33 % ) cases of hydrocele . 1 patient ( 1.66% ) in group B, 60 patients with postoperative hydrocele . A group of 60 patients, 12 (20 %) , the name of persistent scrotal pain , and the B group, 60 patients (5% ) patients with persistent scrotal pain . 6 months after varicocele recurrence in 8 cases ( 13.33% ) patients in group A and B patients , only 2 (3.33 %) patients ( P lt; 0.05 ) . One patient returned to normal after 6 months in the first group of patients , seven cases of persistence . Group B patients were followed up for 3 months found the left scrotum the Meilan pigmentation , after six months of follow - up pigmentation go away . The group differences were statistically significant . Conclusion : laparoscopic varicocele high ligation after lymphatic retained under methylene blue staining can effectively prevent postoperative hydrocele , varicocele , scrotal pain , varicocele recurrence and other complications .
