Objective: To study allogeneic bone marrow mononuclear cells and islet transplantation through the liver and the intravenous route , the effect of the treatment of diabetes . Methods : Density gradient centrifugation islet lymphocyte separation medium bone marrow mononuclear cells , 28 diabetic rats were randomly divided into A, B, C, D groups 7 , A group of multi-point in the liver subcapsular injection of 1,000 islets , B group islets in vitro 1000 and 1 × 107个mixed bone marrow mononuclear cells in the liver subcapsular multi-point injection , C group through the tail vein injection of 1,000 islets , D group of islets in vitro 1000 and 1 × 107个mixed bone marrow mononuclear cells via tail vein injection , transplantation at different time points after tail vein random blood glucose measurement , comparing different combinations and cell migration path between the treatment of diabetes . Results : A, B group blood sugar began to decline after 3 days , A group can be reduced to normal blood glucose levels (7.98 ± 2.28) mmol / L, to maintain normal blood sugar levels (3.71 ± 0.95) d, B group decreased (7.72 ± 1.75) mmol / L can be maintained (4.86 ± 1.06) d, intravenous transplantation of blood glucose to normal within 4 days after surgery (7.35 ± 1.4) mmol / L, can be maintained (7.85 ± 1.46) d, D group, intravenous insulin in 4 days of onset (7.0 ± 0.83) mmol / L, blood sugar can be reduced to normal levels can be maintained (14.1 ± 1.21) d, each group glucose trends over time and to maintain normal time was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: rat tail vein graft bone marrow mononuclear cells and islet cells to maintain blood glucose mixed longest optimal glycemic control .
