Objective: To experiment with clam extract the object of their disposable sports injury model mice anti-fatigue effect. By measuring the antioxidant and anti-exercise fatigue and other related indicators, explore clam extract role in this regard, as the clam extract the development and utilization in the field of sports provides a theoretical basis. Methods: In male Kunming mice for the study, 60 mice were randomly divided into six groups, namely the control group, low dose group and high dose group, exercise control group, low volume exercise group, high-volume sports groups of 10. Mice were fed the experimental group clam extract 10g/kg (low dose), 20g/kg (high dose). Blank control group, the control group were administered exercise volume of NS. 15 consecutive days after the blank control group of mice, the low dose group and high dose group were sacrificed, eyeball blood. The remaining three groups of mice do Exhaustive swimming test. Exhaustive immediately after eyeball blood. Six groups of mice were measured in serum CK, BLA, CAT enzymes and erythrocyte antioxidant enzymes SOD, MDA values. Results: (1) high and low volume in the exercise group were significantly longer than the time swimming motion controls. (2) a quiet state supplement clam extract group mice CK levels lower than the control group, BLA values ??did not differ. Each group immediately after exhaustive exercise serum CK, BLA significantly increased. Taking clam extract increased the magnitude of the mice was significantly lower than the control group exercise. (3) quiet state of high and low volume taking clam extract mice CAT activity enhancement compared with the control group, and the high-dose group compared to the enhanced extremely obvious. Immediately after exhaustive exercise control group than the control group CAT enzyme value is high. And high levels of CAT activity was highest in the exercise group. (4) quiet state taking clam extract high-dose group, SOD activity was significantly higher than the low dose group and blank control group, but the low-dose group compared with the control group, no significant differences between. Immediately after exhaustive exercise erythrocyte SOD activity was significantly lower than pre-exercise resting levels. However, the high volume and low volume exercise group exercise group and exercise control group, SOD activity is relatively high, there is a significant difference. (5) quiet state taking high volume clam extract group erythrocytes MDA values ??lower than the other two sets of values. Immediately after exhaustive exercise MDA values ??of the three groups of mice were significantly elevated when compared with quiet, but high and low-dose group increased magnitude smaller. Conclusion: clam extract can prolong the swimming time to exhaustion; reduce serum CK, BLA level; improve the body's antioxidant enzymes SOD, CAT activity; decreased lipid peroxidation product MDA levels. Speculated that there is a strong antioxidant effect, so that free radicals generated less clear enhanced. Degree of lipid peroxidation, oxygen free radical damage to cells reduced, thereby suppressing the occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue. And supplemented with high doses better.
