Abstract


Objective : To observe the planting window of endometrial integrin p3 protein of the the superovulation mice in Bushenjiangpihuoxue Chinese intervention , leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) mRNA expression , explore the Bushenjiangpihuoxue side hyperstimulation mouse uterus film receptivity . : Two consecutive estrous cycle is normal, healthy and not pregnant Kunming female mice were randomly divided into three groups : Chinese medicine group ( 30 cases ) , aspirin group, 30 cases , 10 cases of the control group . Three groups of mice in three days of the estrous cycle line intraperitoneal injection Alarelin , once every nine days ; I to 9 days plus pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) 1 , 48 hours after human chorionic gonadotropin ( hCG) 1 , build hyperstimulation mouse model . Modeling at the same time were I Bushenjiangpihuoxue Chinese medicine , aspirin , 0.9% sodium chloride injection for the gavage (both the 1st time , once every 11 days ) . After the injection of hCG 48 hours ( the window of implantation in mice ) , mice in each group were sacrificed , and the uterine middle Organization , respectively, using immunohistochemistry PV two-step reverse transcription -PCR (RT-PCR) assay mouse uterus membrane organization integrin β3 protein and mRNA expression levels of LIF . Count the non-hierarchical data using χ2 test , to count ranked data using non- parametric test measurement data using one-way analysis of variance Ridit analysis . Results: 1. Traditional Chinese medicine group and the aspirin group mice superovulation endometrial integrin β3 protein expression was significantly higher than that in the control group , significant difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; Chinese Medicines integration β3 in protein expression significantly higher than the aspirin group, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Chinese Medicines and aspirin group hyperstimulation mouse endometrial LIF mRNA expression was significantly higher than that in the control group , significant difference was statistically significant (all P lt ; 0.01) higher than the aspirin group ; Chinese Medicines LIF mRNA expression , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : 1 . The Bushenjiangpihuoxue party and aspirin can increase the controlled ovarian hyperstimulation mice planting window of endometrial integrin β3 protein and LIF mRNA expression levels , to some extent, improve endometrial hyperstimulation mice receptivity . 2 . Bushenjiangpihuoxue side to improve hyperstimulation mice endometrial receptivity better than aspirin .
