Abstract


Technology or industry, especially high-tech industry which is in the expression of national development strategy or has important influence in socio-economic development and national security, China has always been the lack of competitive advantage, it is difficult to achieve technological catch-up, much less a technological leap if there is no reasonable technology route and strategic measures. So in the field of Internet of Things, China need strategic design and reasonable industrial technology development strategy to nurture the core technology, enhance international competitiveness in this emerging industry, occupy the high-end of the industry value chain, promote economic development and industrial upgrading, and ultimately form a good pattern that loss the comparative advantage-get the core technology-enhance the industrial competitiveness .With the support from the Jiangsu Province Social Science Fund Project, this paper sets the target in technology route of IOT in Jiangsu province and puts forward that the development of industrial technology is a system problem which is based on technological innovation. From the logic of key technology-technology evaluation-technology route , it clarities the direction of technological innovation, distinct the technical elements of system and their relationship, builds a comprehensive evaluation index system, analyzes the status of technology development in Jiangsu province, designs the technology route for Jiangsu province. The main contents are as follows:First, according to patent citation rate, it selects 27 leading companies in the field of Internet of Things to build patent co-citation matrix. Then use cluster analysis and word frequency analysis to clarity four major R&D directions and its key technology.Second, based on grey system theory, it constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of technological competitiveness; analyzes the technical elements of system and their relationship; builds a comprehensive evaluation index system; clarifies the status of technology development in Jiangsu province.Third, it clarifies the relationship among products, key technology, R&D needs, R&D resources , designs the technology route for Jiangsu province, proposes some important strategy.
