Abstract


Enterprise Annuity is the key part of old-age insurance system, it is still at the initial stage of development in our country.As the basic unit of society an important complement to the old-age insurance, corporate annuity, whether the stability of the society, enterprise development, or development of capital market access to positive role in promoting. In the aging of the population and the growing burden of the national old-age security today increased pressure on the increasingly, the development of enterprise annuity has been the concern of the Government and the community.For China’s commercial banks, corporate annuity business to carry out the same far-reaching significance. In November 2007 in the original approved by the Ministry of enterprise annuity qualified people, in addition to hosting and account management fund eligible, it is the first time China Construction Bank, China Merchants Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China three large commercial banks to set up pension trustee business, This is China’s Enterprise Annuity system, a landmark breakthrough. Reflect the regulatory body of China’s Enterprise Annuity market to broaden, and vigorously promote the healthy development of enterprise annuity market, which is another important policy choice. Commercial banks with good financial management capabilities and financial strength, but also with the most stringent risk management system, such as competitive advantage. Commercial banks to participate in the professionalization of the management of enterprise annuity market, the introduction of competition mechanism and management of multi-mode of operation is a kind of society, workers and the three commercial banks and win-win policy options.The general idea of the article:First of all, related to the concept of enterprise annuity defined on the basis of the development of China’s Enterprise Annuity the significance; and then the Chinese and foreign enterprises through the theory of annuities, policies, development models, such as the development process of the comparative analysis to identify worthy of our country in the development of enterprise annuity and learning process of the draw; Finally, the analysis of why banks, why and how to develop enterprise annuity business.
