China is vigorously develop vocational education , vocational education is also undergoing reform . The task of the vocational school English teaching is to train students with jobs associated with basic speaking skills and students of collective cooperation , because the majority of students after graduation is employment , English teaching and social standards . Will be student-centered , cooperative learning to increase the students' self- learning ability in secondary English classroom is a good teaching exploration . Currently , vocational school English teaching : teacher- centered classroom , using antiquated teaching methods , students ' lack of practice and opportunities for cooperation , there are students lack comprehensive ability . Therefore , most of the vocational school students have lost their enthusiasm for English learning and autonomy . This paper describes the application of cooperative learning in vocational school English class Constructivist Perspective . Constructivism , the definition of cooperative learning and study the situation at home and abroad . To the the Dalian tourism vocational school in 0902 class and 0903 class for the study. 0902 experimental class , 0903 for the control classes . Its pre-test and post-test , use of SPSS17 for data analysis . And two classes , cooperative learning questionnaire . The study found that the use of cooperative learning class students English achievement has improved . Also formed a cooperative spirit among the students in cooperative learning , cultivate independent thinking and innovation capability , enhanced class cohesion . This study hopes to provide some reference for the vocational school English teachers in the use of cooperative learning teaching .
