Abstract


In recent years, the increasingly rampant piracy, the international community has been aware of the problem of piracy has become a major international public nuisance, and the increasingly rampant piracy poses a serious threat to international shipping and maritime trade, and maritime security. Somalia has been one of the regions with frequent piracy, pirates usually does not hurt to destroy the ship, but the hostage-taking for ransom, and most of the pirates hijacked the ship incident are ultimately resolved to pay a ransom to the pirates.
