Abstract


\existing limitation of liability of the institutional system , in fact , does not play a role , opposite the relevant provisions of the Convention liability limit so that this problem is more complicated . In this paper, from the point of view of the limitation of liability system to study the defects of the Convention and to propose solutions . This article consists of three parts , each part of the main contents are as follows : The first part discusses the basic provisions of the Convention , mainly the provisions of the Convention's scope and limitation of liability regime ; second part discusses the conventions exist in the system of limitation of liability provisions mainly the problems of our country in the implementation of the Convention , that taken individually have a responsibility to limit the amount of more favorable views .
