Abstract


At present, many of the Rural Junior Middle Schools in Kunshan are faced with different degrees of difficulties. The lack of a vibrant high quality teaching team is one of the common problems in the school development . Therefore, it is a good method to set up the motivation management mechanism for the rural junior middle Schools. To lay the foundation for my essay, I have got a lot of first-hand information by means of studying the western classical theory of incentives and doing in-depth researches on Kunshan Rural Junior Middle Schools by conducting surveys in the forms of releasing the questionnaire and doing statistical analysis. Based on this , my essay aims to analyze the problems that exist among the policy of inspiring the teachers in Kunshan Rural Junior Middle School and thus demonstrating the methods and ways of inspiring the teachers effectively
