Abstract


As China’s power load density and the growth of electricity consumption, widely used in medium voltage distribution network of lOkV voltage level has clearly exposed the transmission distance, transmission power, energy loss and other deficiencies. It is necessary to plan reasonable of some key problems when 20kV voltage level in the medium voltage distribution network is imperative. Therefore, this article demonstrates 20kV medium voltage distribution network reliability of economy, technology, on the basis of neutral operation mode and lightning proof grounding problem,20kV system protection configuration setting made optimization design, and in the light of the present situation of LiShui ShuiGe industrial development zone, and carried out the 20kV voltage grade in LiShui area of research and application.
