Abstract

The study adopt the way of literature summary method and social investigation method and so on to research and study the middle school students participation situation in summer vacation physical exercise.To fu1ly comprehend the middle school students’present situation and the present major problem and the regular pattern about the participation of summer vacation physical activity in Cheng Du City.Then analyze the reasons which affect the middle school students’participation in the physical exercise.And find out some new ways and strategies to solve the problem,which ale serve as the basis and reference for the future implement of the relation law and the reform of the school physics.The conclusions are as follows:1.Middle school students’opinion on the relationship between health and physics is correct and they agree on the physical value of keeping fit.Students have had certain understanding on the opinion that physics has good influence on health, but in their mind, they haven’t put the sense that physical exercise can improve their health on the place.2.Most middle school students’attitude for the participation of physical exercise in summer holidays is positive and they always have clear-cut understanding of the meaning of the physical exercise.Meanwhile, they are agree with the importance of the physical exercise.3.Middle school students’lifestyle in summer vacations are not very good.Their dependence on TV and Internet has threaten their health and eyesight in our modern society.The time for sleeping are not reasonable and are not regularly.4.In the summer physical activities,more and more entertainment item are being chosen.The participation of physical activities is unbalance.Most of the physical activities are confined in several kinds.5.The frequency of the participation in the physical exercise in summer vacation,1-2times a week, account for 58.5%,3—4 times a week, account for 22.1%.There 8.1%of the middle school students never take part in physical activities.6.In the choice of time period for the participation of physical exercises in summer vacations,the morning and the afternoon is most.which is account for 39.5%,and 33.2% respectively.7.The major area for students’participation in physical activities in summer vacations are community and school,which account for 44.4%.and 27.9% respectively.8.There ale two ways for middle school students take part in physical exercise in Cheng Du City.One is exercising with their friends and classmates,another one is exercising by themselves.9.In total,the strength of boys’participation in physical exercise is much more than girls’. 10.There are many factor of hindrance for middle school students’participation in the physical exercise in summer vacations in Cheng Du City.The top three lists are having no time, the lack of equipment and space, the heavy study load.11.The Middle school students’sense of physical consumption in vacation is stronger.12.In total, parents are supportive for the participation of their children.In which very respectively support and support are account for 19.3%and 41.9%.
