Abstract


Unprecedented enthusiasm and initiative of the rapid development and popularization of the Internet in China has greatly promoted the process of the information age , expand the ordinary people in politics and the right to speak on hot social issues , public opinion and published various demands of the masses from all walks of life to participate through the Internet improve , the government and various social organizations more and more attention the network supervisory role of public opinion , this is a big step forward for a country's political civilization .
