Abstract

Regional logistics is both an important component of regional economic development and a foundational guarantee for the stable operation of it. The development of regional logistics is of great significance for the whole regional economic riding quality’s improvement and raising, for regional synthesized competitiveness’s promotion. Therefore, to explore different patterns of regional logistics development so that decision makers can be provided science foundation for mode choice, thus ensuring logistics development mode is more suitable for the coordinated development of the regional logistics and regional economy, has gradually become an important subject in research fields. Accordingly, the research of logistics development mode about regional economic integration among Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos is a new research field that makes area development theory integrate with the pattern of regional logistics development and the conditions of Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos.A regional economic development process, the logistics industry is a key factor in driving the regional economy. Therefore, the development of economic integration Hubaoe, most important issue is to choose which kinds of logistics development model to achieve the region’s economic development coordination mechanisms. The logistics of scientific development mode, correct or not, will largely determine the overall plan of regional logistics development success.Inner-Mongolian’s government and Party committee have been working on the integrated development of Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos, according to the thought of coordination since 2008. Meanwhile, it is conceived to be promoted into a strategy of national integrated economy. Owing to rich sources of energy and a significant feature of natural resources-relied, Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos should enhance the regional division of labor collaboration to form economies of scale and improve the efficiency of resource utilizing, and should choose rational regional logistics development mode to displays the superiority in geographical advantages, develop the edge of distinctive logistics. Thus, the economic integration among Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos would come true.In this paper, based Hubaoe Inner Mongolia of economic integration, a complete exposition of economic development between Inner Mongolia regional logistics and the interaction regional. Summarized from the three regional conditions based on regional geography of logistics development model, based on factors of regional industry and logistics development model based on regional characteristics of the logistics industry in the region’s logistics development model,Analysised seven aspects of environmental factors by geographical location E, natural resources, economic development, industrial patterns, status of logistics infrastructure, information and network technology and policy, using Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the E region Hubaoe determines the weight factors,given comprehensive evaluation results, Ultimately,find the impact of the advantaged factors in the development of regional logistics,they are the geographical location factors and industry factors,Using radar data analysis tools, Proposed package calls for logistics development model,just as Based on geographic advantage that the hub of logistics node irradiation and based on industry factors and the development of strategic industries of logistics strategy. Meanwhile,proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, Call to speed up regional logistics Training Package E, Protection mechanism of regional logistics personnel; Improve the regional logistics management, optimization environment for the growth of regional logistics; Service-oriented industry clusters and strengthen regional logistics services; Construction of the logistics public information platform to enhance the capacity of regional logistics services; Establishment of mechanisms for regional cooperation Hubao E, and promote the healthy development of regional logistics.Then it proposed a proper strategy development model of regional economic integration. Finally, the paper summarizes the results, pointed out the lack of research, and proposed future research directions.
