Abstract


Food security is directly related to national economic development and social stability. China is a country with 1.3 billion-strong population, food security is essential. In a globalized world, a variety of factors affecting food security, which, especially circulation system factors. Therefore, the study for safety under the protection of the grain circulation system of innovation for China’s national conditions for establishing a socialist market economy under the food economy is essential.China’s current grain circulation system from the main business, distribution channels, methods of distribution, purchasing and price policies and other aspects of a security risk. To ensure the safety of China’s grain circulation, must be to protect the safety standpoint, the starting point of a comprehensive circulation system reform and innovation, to learn from foreign experiences and lessons of the grain circulation system, accelerate the development of a sound market for the production of qualified principal; establish and improve the grain market system; training improve food distribution intermediaries; to establish a scientific and reasonable reserve system and operation mechanism; perfect price subsidy system and minimum protection; innovative food early warning information release mechanism and the price mechanism.
