Abstract


Digital Reference on the basis of the traditional reference service, by virtue of the network and computer technology, enables users independent of time and space constraints, through online questions, information specialists to give a direct answer to achieve knowledge service mechanism. Forestry Digital Reference System is a service set up to solve the user query and obtain of forestry scientific data and documentation process encountered problems or questions. The system will improve the efficiency and quality of China Forestry and forestry digital library services. Developed in the network today, more and more users are more likely to choose less than a library, but through the Internet to get information resources such as forestry literature, in this process, the user can take advantage of Forestry Digital Reference System to consult and solve related issues. Therefore, for the user's information needs, to provide users with high-quality information services, Forestry Digital Reference System on Forestry Web site is necessary. This thesis discusses the Forestry Digital Reference System involves several main content. Firstly, domestic and international digital reference and forestry digital reference Research and Digital Reference Systems comparison, pointed out the inadequacies, while looking the future direction of development of forestry Digital Reference Systems. Secondly, detailing the application of technology in this system. Third, the analysis of the service model and the advantages and disadvantages of Forestry Digital Reference System, to determine the needs of the system, and the detailed design and implementation. Combined in VS.NET2008 MVC SQL Server on the basis of the development of the forestry Digital Reference Service System and has been applied in forestry website. This thesis discusses two aspects of theory and practice, the following conclusions: (1) on the basis of the needs analysis, forestry Digital Reference Systems Service mode synchronization consulting and asynchronous advice, specific telephone consultation, form IGG consulting and e-mail consultation. (2) on the basis of the detailed design, build Forestry Digital Reference System of the entire process, user services and back-office management functions of each module. Users are divided into readers and reference counselors. The reader service functions include registration login, modify personal information, readers counseling and related issues. Reference counselors service main function is a problem, modify your personal information and password. Manage user management, reference counselors management, Knowledge base management and log statistics. (3) Design Forestry Digital Reference System back-end database, the main user table, the problem statement, table of experts, subject table, to reply topic table of contents and log tables. Play a role as a link which the user tables in the database schema. (4) The system has been running in China Forestry, forestry digital library and forestry industry scientific literature information support system on the site, to provide users Forestry Digital Reference Service.
