Abstract


Underdeveloped rural finance and rural economy in underdeveloped regions symbiosis, coexistence. Underdeveloped rural financial services is less developed areas of rural finance prerequisite and core. Underdeveloped rural financial needs can be achieved, is a measure of underdeveloped rural financial services validity criteria, but also the rural financial system reform key to success.
