Abstract


In the market economy under the conditions of competition between the hotel will ultimately boils down to the talent competition . But from a practical point of view , the high turnover rate of personnel , especially the frequent turnover of outstanding management personnel has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the hotel . Therefore, how to give full play to the management personnel to improve their satisfaction with the work to reduce the turnover rate has become a hotel urgent need to address the problem . In this study, the research at home and abroad on the basis of trying to self-efficacy theory is applied to the hotel industry . Through empirical research , analyze the variation of the hotel management staff self-efficacy feelings of personal attributes and attribute factors , and to explore self-efficacy , job satisfaction and turnover intention of mutual relations between the three , so as to reduce the hotel management staff leaving provide new perspectives and means . In this study, the hotel management staff for the survey questionnaire , 190 valid questionnaires were collected , using SPSS statistical software reliability analysis , exploratory factor analysis , descriptive statistics , t - test , correlation and regression analysis , assumptions and model validation . By empirical research and theoretical discussion , draw the following main conclusions : First, gender differences and management staff of the hotel grade , level of education , work experience , and the difference of the jobs of hotel management self-efficacy have a significant effect ; work department had no significant effect on self-efficacy . Secondly , hotel management self-efficacy and job satisfaction significantly positively correlated ; self-efficacy and job satisfaction were significantly negatively correlated with turnover intention . Third , the hotel management staff self-efficacy of their turnover intention is not a significant direct impact , mainly through an indirect effect on the intermediary role of job satisfaction and turnover intention . Finally, on the basis of empirical research , the relevant recommendations to improve hotel management self-efficacy , and future research directions are suggested .
