Abstract


With the development of China’s market economy and the social progress, the standard of people’s living is improved. And people’s requirements for road infrastructure are much more than the transport function. A higher demand of the surrounding landscape is made. The road landscape has become the highlights of the urban construction.In the market economy, time is money, the schedule management is very important to the implementation of the project and the theories, methods and technology of the progress control are applied more and more common in the practical construction project. The schedule management plays a vital role in the implementation of projects. Road construction schedule management is the key point of project management and it affects all the aspects of the whole progress. The efficient progress management directly leads to the success of the project and it has a close relationship with each aspect and factor of the whole project. The effective control of the landscape renovation project can not only ensure the successful completion of the project but also provide a strong support for the region’s economic development. What’s more, it can further promote the national economy development and improve people’s material and spiritual living.This thesis ZHOUCUN SC Road Landscape Reconstruction Project for the study First, the author describes the background, purpose, meaning, content and methods of landscape renovation project.and further analyzes the factors that affect the project schedule and the control methods. Through the application of the schedule management theory and method, the author tries to find a efficient method to improve management efficiency of the SC Road Landscape Reconstruction Project. In this thesis, the author analyzes the factors related to cost, quality, organization and risks, and evaluate the impact of each factor by the scientific method. In this way. the author tries to find out the efficient and scientific method to manage the various factors affecting the project, which ensures the implement of the construction projects on time, in excellent quality and quantity and with the maximum low-cost. By the application of the advanced management theories and methods, the issues in the progress of the road landscape transformation could be settled efficiently and successfully.
